Front Desk & Visitor Concierge — Caring Receptionist

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Receptionist for our Care Home in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will be the friendly face, meeting and greeting visitors including new enquirers, residents’ family and health and social care professionals.

You will handle enquiries, provide advice and support face to face and over the phone, and assist the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties. You will maintain accurate filing, meet deadlines, and work to deliver a positive experience from offer to start.
