Therapeutic Support Worker: Adults with LD

IBC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to an adult with learning disabilities in Worksop. The role uses a PBS framework to promote routines, independence and community participation, with focus on dignity and long-term wellbeing.

You’ll work from an individual support plan, supporting daily living tasks, personal care and medication administration, in a person-centred, trauma-informed environment.
