Head of Employee Services & HR Operations

Altum Consulting is seeking a Head of Employee Services to lead the HR Operations function in a role blending permanent and FTC options. The position is based in Newcastle with two on-site days per week and flexible scheduling.

Reporting to the SLT, you will own HR Admin, Benefits, Pension, and Payroll across the UKBU, driving standardisation, governance and customer-focused delivery amid a major transformation program.
