As VP Engineering, you will lead and scale the engineering organization to deliver fintech solutions that impact underserved markets. You will work with cross-functional teammates to ship features, improve maintenance efficiency, and reinforce the architecture. You’ll shape the engineering strategy in a startup environment and drive execution to support the company mission. This fully remote role offers high impact and autonomy, with a focus on growth and platform stability.
