Technical Implementation Consultant – Treasury, Risk, Settlements

Overview

In this role you will drive technical delivery of treasury, risk and settlement implementations for a global financial client base. You will manage greenfield projects, work closely with presales, and deliver expert design and deployment of infrastructure to enable efficient operations. The position blends independent execution with cross-functional collaboration and requires problem-solving under tight timelines. This is a client-facing, ownership-driven role with a clear progression path to lead consultant, set in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical implementations for fund and bank market clients
• Plan and execute greenfield implementation projects
• Support planning, development, delivery and evaluation of projects
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Run your own projects and collaborate with presales
• Work independently and collaboratively to solve problems under pressure
• Travel up to 10% within city and potentially to client sites
• Sign NDA due to working near sensitive IP
• Progress to lead consultant after ~1 year, managing clients or vendor areas

Key requirements

• Experience with Corporate Treasury Systems
• Understanding of cash position and liquidity planning
• Ideally hedge accounting or exposure to risk management
• Client-facing experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Finance or similar
• Experience in business analysis
• Understanding of cash management, accounting, payments, settlements, integration/interfaces
• Ability to travel (<10%)
