Overview
In this role you will join a respected Manchester family law team as a senior solicitor/legal executive. You will apply detailed knowledge of private family law to manage divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation and separation agreements, nuptial agreements, and children matters. You will build and strengthen client relationships while contributing as a senior fee earner within a high-calibre team. Responsibilities
- Manage private family law caseloads including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and children matters
- Build and strengthen client relationships and act as a senior fee earner within the team
- Contribute to delivery of high-quality, exceptional work and support business development
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the family law departments goals and growth
- Represent the firm in a professional manner and maintain client confidentiality
Key requirements
- Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent (senior level)
- Detailed knowledge and technical expertise in private family law
- Experience handling divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, nuptial agreements, and children matters
