Overview

In this Senior Consultant role, you will deliver advisory on UK inbound immigration for multinational clients, managing end-to-end engagements and ensuring compliant, high-quality service. You’ll work within EY’s Global Immigration practice to support global mobility and complex immigration challenges. You will build trusted client relationships, contribute to service innovations, and help grow the practice through proactive problem solving. Responsibilities

• Provide trusted immigration advice to a diverse portfolio of multinational clients
• Manage end-to-end immigration engagements with focus on service delivery and client satisfaction
• Offer technically robust guidance while ensuring compliance with immigration law and EY risk management
• Build meaningful client relationships and identify opportunities to improve processes and add value
• Oversee engagement financials: budgeting, billing, and cash collection
• Monitor legislative changes and translate them into practical client solutions
• Support development of innovative services, internal communications, and training
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and exceptional client service

Key requirements

• Strong experience in UK business immigration, especially Skilled Worker and GBM categories
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Proven organisational and project management abilities across multiple priorities
• High attention to detail with commercial awareness and sound judgment
• Experience using MS Office, BIT, and immigration case management systems
