Senior Manager – Global eBilling

Overview

As Senior Manager, you will lead the global eBilling Inventory Support and Timekeeper Maintenance teams to deliver accurate client billing and efficient processes. You’ll set strategy with the eBilling Implementation lead, drive improvements, and partner with technology teams to enhance automation. You will work with cross-functional centers to ensure SLA/KPI adherence and scalable reporting. This role combines leadership, process optimization, and technology enablement in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eBilling Inventory and Timekeeper Maintenance teams to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Develop and refine KPIs to drive staff accountability
• Identify and implement technology enhancements to improve eBilling reporting and automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Center Teams to improve performance and respond to feedback
• Lead and mentor Managers/Supervisors; manage staffing, training, and performance
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and align with stakeholder needs
• Provide timely updates to the Associate Director on objectives
• Engage in special projects with internal and external teams
• Support travel as required in a global, fast-paced environment
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field
• 10+ years of people management experience with large, globally distributed teams
• Experience managing multiple teams across time zones and locations
• Strong technology orientation; proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and eBilling software (Passport, Legal Tracker, TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, CounselLink)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor staff and develop relationships at various levels
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
