Overview

Join a leading health-focused law firm as a Healthcare Advisory Lawyer. You will handle a broad caseload for health and social care clients, covering public law, COP, judicial review, mental health tribunals, inquests, mental capacity, governance, and CQC matters. Expect significant client contact and responsibility for developing junior team members. An advisory background with advocacy in healthcare is preferred. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload for health and social care clients (public law, COP, judicial review, mental health tribunals, inquests, mental capacity, governance, CQC)
• Provide advisory support and advocacy on complex matters
• Maintain high level of client contact and contribute to mentoring junior team members
• Contribute to strategic case management and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with colleagues across the healthcare practice to deliver integrated advice
• Support business development and client relationship building

Key requirements

• Advisory experience in healthcare
• Advocacy experience within healthcare practice
• 4+ years PQE in healthcare/advisory roles
• Experience with health and social care matters (public law, governance, CQC)
