Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial property matters for a range of clients including national/regional businesses, banks, developers and landowners
- Handle sales and purchases, leases, and development-related work
- Act for lenders and borrowers in property transactions
- Maintain and nurture professional relationships with surveyors, accountants, banks and advisers
- Self-manage a caseload with appropriate autonomy
- Contribute to business development and growth of the team
Key requirements
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial property
- Strong technical skills across a broad range of real estate matters
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
