In this role you will join our Tier 1 corporate tax team to work on high‑quality tax matters across sectors. You will collaborate with corporates, financial institutions, real estate developers and funds, contributing to sophisticated tax planning and structuring. The position focuses on corporate M&A, private equity, real estate, and cross‑border transactions, offering cross‑functional exposure and impactful work outside London. Responsibilities

• Work on high‑quality corporate tax matters across M&A, private equity and real estate transactions
• Advise on cross‑border structures, financing arrangements, funds and reorganisations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver bespoke tax solutions
• Contribute to complex tax planning and structuring projects
• Support business development and knowledge sharing within the team

Key requirements

• Relevant experience working on high quality corporate tax matters
• SRA registered lawyer (must)
• PQE: 1+
