French speaking Senior HR BP / Head of HR

Overview

In this high-impact role, you will lead the design and implementation of HR policies, governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions for a growing, international investment business. You’ll act as the primary HR advisor to senior leadership, shaping employment law guidance and employee relations while building the HR function from the ground up. Reporting to the COO, you’ll drive policy development, risk management, and workforce planning in a regulated environment. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to leadership and employees
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practices
• Manage employee relations matters and provide employment law guidance
• Support HR activities across multiple international jurisdictions
• Partner with external legal counsel and local advisors as required
• Lead HR compliance, risk management and policy reviews
• Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR systems, records and documentation
• Support organisational growth and workforce planning

Key requirements

• 10+ years HR experience in regulated environments (financial services, asset management, private equity, or professional services)
• Strong UK employment law expertise
• Experience supporting international or multi-jurisdictional organisations
• Proven track record creating and implementing HR policies, procedures and frameworks
• Strong employee relations and HR compliance experience
• Fluent in French and English
• CIPD qualification desirable
• Commercial mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders
