Overview

In this HR Business Partner role, you support leaders in a fast-paced distribution and commercial operations environment to shape people strategies and drive performance. You act as a trusted advisor within Coloplast’s People & Culture team, balancing commercial goals with genuine people-centric care. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to enable growth, enhance capability, and deliver an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to leaders in UK Distribution Centre and Commercial Operations
• Develop and implement people strategies to strengthen capability and performance
• Balance strategic and operational HR support to meet day-to-day business needs
• Influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change initiatives
