Implementation Consultant

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you lead rental-software deployments for customers, guiding change and training across on-site and remote delivery. You’ll manage multiple projects, own the end-to-end rollout of the Rental product suite, and ensure milestones are met in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with clients, use your consultancy and technical know‑how to achieve outcomes, and contribute to a culture open to AI and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rental product suite implementations within agreed timelines and escalate risks when needed
• Manage multiple projects of varying scope concurrently
• Own the full implementation lifecycle for the Rental product suite
• Train customers on-site and remotely per project scope
• Lead project kick-off meetings
• Monitor, track and report delivery activity and project status
• Identify, document and escalate delivery risks and issues to line manager
• Apply appropriate tools and processes to drive project success

Key requirements

• Experience in managing or supporting software implementation projects
• Strong organisational skills, clear communication, attention to detail and problem-solving ability across the project lifecycle
• Full driving licence (travel to customer sites)
