Overview
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead project audits and drive customer-focused quality throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll act as the voice of the customer within project and bid teams, guiding improvement and ensuring timely quality performance. This role offers hybrid working and opportunities for formal training, including lead auditor paths. You will shape quality culture and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities
- Plan and perform project audits and surveillance per Project Quality Plans and audit strategy
- Represent the customer inside the project or bid team to maximise satisfaction
- Manage and analyse quality reports to drive continuous improvement and met project timelines
- Encourage best practices and nurture a culture of quality within the project
Key requirements
- Strong organisation, time and project management skills
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with stakeholders
- Problem-solver with ability to resolve complex issues
- Ability to analyse, design and implement process improvements
- Critical thinker with sound judgement and risk mitigation abilities
- Experience in Quality within manufacturing or engineering (desirable)
- Knowledge of quality practices and standards (desirable)
- SC Clearance (required or must be obtained)
