Senior Solicitor – Commercial Property – Somerset – 5+ PQE

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals
• Handle leasehold issues and landlord/tenant work
• Oversee development projects and related documentation
• Provide clear, pragmatic advice throughout transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop your own client base through networking and business development
• Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in commercial property
• Experience in agricultural property (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• High attention to detail and proactive, organised approach
• Confidence in developing client relationships and supporting team growth
