Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on residential property matters to individuals
• Assist the wider Property team on general commercial property matters
• Support with residential conveyancing and related transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality property solutions
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide clear guidance

Key requirements

• At least 3 years experience in property law
• Training/experience at a property-focused firm
• Experience across residential and some commercial property matters
• Commercial outlook and ability to advise diverse clients
