Responsibilities
- Advise on clinical negligence matters arising from medical negligence
- Provide high-quality client service
- Interview clients and gather necessary information
- Maintain orderly client files
- Handle client queries promptly
- Comply with quality standards
- Support growth of the Personal Injury department
Key requirements
- At least 1 PQE in clinical negligence
- Wealth of experience on clinical negligence matters
- Preferably claimant-based claims
- Proven experience handling a litigated caseload
- Strong client care skills and commitment to exceeding client expectations
