Overview
In this role you will steer multidisciplinary engineering teams to maintain and improve building services across a London portfolio. You will be the coordination point between the site team, partners, and projects, ensuring safe, compliant operations and 100% uptime. You’ll drive audits, maintenance planning, and service improvements while aligning with SLAs and KPIs. The position sits within JLL Workplace Management, offering exposure to landmark projects and cross-functional collaboration. This is a chance to shape efficient, safe facilities delivery for a major real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships at all levels
- Plan, coordinate and execute quarterly business reviews (QBR) for the region
- Act as point of escalation for engineering matters, coordinating with Senior FMs
- Build and oversee audit and quality management procedures and close out audit actions
- Oversee Planned and Reactive maintenance for assets in the CAFM system per client regime
- Ensure subcontractors are pre-qualified to perform works
- Analyse PPM and asset data to identify efficiency and growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance logs are up to date and premises risk matters are resolved promptly
- Coordinate statutory inspections with client and internal teams
- Complete internal audits in line with Integral policies
- Provide subcontractor control for site-wide FM operations
- Analyze service failures and implement resilient remedial actions
- Maintain service levels per contract SLAs and monitor monthly PPM work orders
- Provide quarterly financial reports on contract performance
- Oversee project delivery to enable timely invoicing and manage WIP within budget
- Report to Account Director on financial position and contract provisions
- Communicate clearly about parts and challenges to keep customers updated
- Support site sustainability requests and staffing requirements for contract completion
- Coordinate near-miss, incidents and accident reporting within area
- Ensure training requirements per contract are completed
Key requirements
- Strong management experience in Building Services
- Excellent communication across all staff levels
- Ability to operate and investigate CAFM systems
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems
- IOSH Accredited
- Strong professional presence with written and oral communication
- Ability to lead and direct a team of technicians/operatives
- Ability to work under pressure with good organisational and time management
- Process-driven with focus on continuous improvement
- Experience in a hard FM services delivery organisation
- Expert skills in MS Office and MS SharePoint
