This role is perfect for a solicitor with substantial experience looking for long-term career growth and the potential to step into a Head of Department position in the future. About the Role:
You will lead complex Private Client matters, including estate administration, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, while managing your own cases with independence. The team values clear communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to client service, with a culture that rewards loyalty and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a wide variety of Private Client cases from start to finish
- Advising clients and drafting all necessary documentation
- Supervising junior team members and supporting departmental development
- Embracing technology to streamline workflows and improve client service
- Contributing to long-term succession planning and the team’s strategic growth
