Apprenticeship Administrator Are you an organised, proactive and detail-driven administrator who enjoys supporting others and making things run smoothly? If so, wed love you to join us at Stamford College as our Apprenticeship Administrator.Working closely with our Group Apprenticeship Development Manager, youll play a key part in supporting the administration of our apprenticeship provision and helping us maintain the highest standards for learners, employers and staff.What Youll Be Doing In this varied and rewarding role, youll be responsible for:Ensuring all Apprenticeship documentation meets DfE compliance and audit standardsProcessing Apprenticeship completions, transfers and withdrawalsProcessing enrolments in liaison with the Management Information Services (MIS) teamChecking Data Lock reports and carrying out actions to resolveProcessing employer incentive payments in liaison with the Finance teamOther general admin duties including enquiries into the inboxAbout You Were looking for someone who brings:A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area and Level 2 English & Maths
Strong administrative experience in a busy environment
Confidence communicating with learners, employers and staff
Excellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A collaborative, team-focused approach with a positive attitude
The ability to handle confidential information professionally
