Salary: Circa £68,500depending on skills and experience

What you’ll bedoing:
You will play a key rolein the agile delivery of Navy software solutions, ensuringalignment with the Product Owner‘s vision while championingScrum and DevSecOps best practices. Working closely with softwareengineers and stakeholders, you will facilitate Agile delivery,remove obstacles, leadand coach teams, and drive continuous improvement, helping todeliver high-quality, reliable software for next-generation RoyalNavy systems..
Coreduties:
- Championingutilisation of the Agile/DevSecOps approach for the creation of newand modified code/test modules as part of a wider productsolution
- Lead and facilitate theeffective operation of the Scrum team.
- Drive acontinuous learning and feedback process in relation to theDevSecOps approach
- Direct line management responsibilities andcoaching team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agilepractices, fostering self-organisation andaccountability
Essential skills:
- Significant experience operating as a ScrumMaster within Agiledelivery environments.
- Proven ability to facilitateworkshops and drive consensus amongst diversestakeholders.
- Experience coaching teams andleaders in Agile waysof working.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional ScrumMaster (PSM), orequivalent Agile certification is preferred
- Academic qualification in a STEM related subject, andability/willingness to become a Chartered Engineer through anappropriate recognised professional institution
