Our client, a reputable main dealership in Worcester, Worcestershire, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians to work within a modern environment that supports professional development, training, and career progression.
Key Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician will include:
- Salary up to £45,000 basic, with an OTE of approximately £48,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Duties:
- Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Accurately complete job cards, reports, and workshop documentation
- Diagnose vehicle faults effectively and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support colleagues with complex repairs and technical tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment
- Ensure workshop standards are consistently upheld and health & safety protocols are followed
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician position:
- NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience within a main dealership or quality independent workshop
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
- Full UK Driving Licence with minimal penalty points
- MOT licence, hybrid/electric vehicle qualifications, or VAG brand experience are advantageous but not essential
- Reliable team player committed to high-quality workmanship
