Senior Responsible Individual for Children’s Home Startup

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee the launch and growth of its first specialist solo children’s home in Nottingham, with plans to expand to around 10 homes over the next 12 months.

The RI will provide strategic oversight, safeguarding, regulatory compliance and quality across all services, working with Directors, Registered Managers, Ofsted and local authorities to register, develop and operate the homes.
