Staff Infrastructure Engineer – Cloud Platform & Security

Engine by Starling seeks a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to design, build and run cloud foundations for our global, cloud-native banking platform. You will own scalable infrastructure on GCP across regions and providers, focusing on reliability, security and cost efficiency.

You’ll lead complex projects from inception to production, write RFCs and ADRs, and mentor teammates while shaping future capabilities of Engine — with a strong emphasis on automation, observability and best practices.
