Senior UK Customer Success & Revenue Growth Manager

Employment Hero is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success & Account Management for the UK, reporting to the UK Managing Director. You will lead the regional CS team to drive ARR growth, protect the customer base, and shift from reactive support to proactive, revenue-driven strategies.

Key focus areas include owning UK revenue trajectory with NRR quota, turning product adoption into advocacy, and partnering with Marketing and Product to surface opportunities from high-value customers.
