Partner, Planning & Development: Drive Full‑Service Growth

Berrys in Kettering seeks a Planning and Development Lead at partner level to build and scale a full-service development offering. You will own the planning and development service line, set direction, and grow the pipeline from landowners, developers and investors.

Working with architecture, surveying, valuation and land promotion teams, you will deliver a joined-up service, drive business development, recruit and mentor a team, and contribute to the leadership’s strategic direction.
