Aspect Resources is seeking a Commercial Practitioner for a hybrid role across Liverpool, Birmingham, Newport, or Norwich, with 2 days on site. The position supports contract leads in a fast-paced procurement environment, focusing on growing spend and delivering value.

The role requires public sector procurement experience, PCR 2015 knowledge, and experience handling complex commercial agreements. IR35 inside status applies and daily rate is £550 (umbrella – maximum).
