Group Digital Performance Marketing Manager (12-Month FTC)

Persimmon Homes is seeking a Group Digital Performance Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. Based in Malmesbury, you will lead paid and organic acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring locally optimised, brand-aligned activity that drives traffic and conversions.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with regional teams and agencies, and report performance using GA4, Looker Studio and other tools to optimise CPL, ROAS and leads.
