Strategic Bid Lead for Construction Tenders – Flexible

SES Engineering Services in the North West is seeking a Bid Manager on a full-time permanent contract to join our teams supporting the South regions. You will lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring a coordinated and well-considered submission for adjudication.

You will play a key role in pre-construction activities, drive bid strategy across projects, manage stakeholders and ensure bids are delivered on time and to the required standard within a supportive, diverse team.
