The General Manager drives daily operational excellence, revenue growth, and team performance by leading from the front—actively driving sales growth, elevating the customer experience, and shaping targeted marketing initiatives.
Holding end-to-end P&L accountability, this role blends strategic commercial vision with hands-on leadership to inspire cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and cultivate a high-performing culture.
