Overview

You will take part in a one-day work experience across BA departments, gaining a backstage view of how the business operates. The program aims to spark interest in aviation and help you understand multiple areas, from engineering to flight operations. You will engage in activities, hear from BA colleagues, and have the chance to ask questions. This is a stepping stone for exploring a potential aviation career and building confidence for future opportunities.
