Overview
As Regional & Account Manager for UK & Ireland, you will grow key customer accounts and drive design wins by blending technical insight with commercial acumen. You work with engineering teams, customers and distributors to translate challenges into Littelfuse solutions and revenue. The role involves close cross-functional collaboration, market insight, and regular travel to stay aligned with regional needs. Your work supports Littelfuse’s mission to advance safety, reliability and performance in electrical energy applications.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow key customer accounts across the UK & Ireland
- Build relationships with engineering, technical, procurement and senior stakeholders
- Understand customer applications and identify opportunities for Littelfuse solutions
- Drive design wins and new business across Protection, Switches, Sensors & Power Semiconductors
- Manage opportunities from early technical engagement through to revenue
- Work closely with distribution partners to develop pipeline and grow business
- Partner with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams
- Stay close to customers and market trends through regular travel across the region
Key requirements
- 5+ years of experience in electronics, electrical engineering, semiconductors or a related technical industry
- Engineering or technical background, ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, microelectronics or power electronics
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as Field Application Engineer, Applications Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager or Key Account Manager
- Ability to build strong relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and/or design-in/design-win processes
- Experience with electronics distribution is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of the UK & Ireland electronics market
- Experience in aerospace, defence, medical or data center markets is a plus
- Strong commercial mindset, proactive approach and willingness to travel
- Fluent English required
