Electrical Project Manager

Overview

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will own electrical projects from initial estimating through to delivery and final account. You join a Building Services team within an established firm delivering commercial, retail and industrial projects. You drive cost control, tendering and coordination of engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. This role offers long-term progression and a strong package, with varied projects and a clear impact on project success and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from estimating and tender through to completion
• Deliver commercial, retail and industrial projects valued from 10,000 to 1 million
• Prepare estimates, tenders, quotations and project pricing
• Manage costs, variations, programmes, labour and resources
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers while managing client relationships

Key requirements

• Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Contracts Manager
• Commercial and industrial electrical project experience
• Strong estimating, tendering and commercial experience
• Level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing
• SMSTS, ECS Card and Full UK Driving Licence
