Overview

As Senior Finance Analyst, you will be a key business partner providing financial insight to drive profitability. You will support commercial decisions through budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis, working closely with department heads. This is a multi-site hospitality role focused on growth, margin improvement and reliable decision-making. You’ll influence senior leadership with actionable insights and lead ad hoc analyses to unlock opportunities. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a fast-paced, high-growth environment in a well-known hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Lead on budgeting and forecasting
• Analyse promotional effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
• Support decision-making with financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Business partner with internal key stakeholders and department heads
• Identify margin improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies
• Present insights to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions
• Ad hoc projects and analysis as required

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Must have experience within multi-site hospitality
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-rich environment
