Systems Data & Stock Analyst

Overview

In this role you will ensure data accuracy and efficiency across key systems to sustain a high-quality service for customers and operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor Radius, Sales Control System, and Lifecycle Portal, addressing issues and driving improvements. The position blends data integrity, reporting, and SLA management within a hybrid, office-and-home setup in Birmingham. You will contribute to process optimization, security awareness, and compliant operations while supporting a proactive customer-facing service.

Responsibilities

• Identify system issues and improvements for Radius, Sales Control System, and Lifecycle Portal; monitor, detect anomalies, and escalate as needed
• Maintain the MPN database, ensuring data integrity from CNET, correcting inaccuracies, and creating manual MPNs accurately
• Assist in creating and updating customer briefs, including Excel reporting tools
• Drive the SLA process by notifying relevant heads of departments when stock falls outside agreed SLAs
• Analyze system trends to identify operational issues and opportunities for process improvement
• Process customer units within agreed OLAs/SLA, focusing on accuracy and meeting customer requirements
• Achieve KPIs and targets to maximize productivity while preserving efficiency and quality
• Undertake training on processes and policies to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and related plans
• Maintain a high level of security awareness and handle duties as part of the Recyclea team
• Perform other duties commensurate with the role and support for projects or cover for absences

Key requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role or demonstrated adaptability to be upskilled
• Effective communicator to support team members and wider business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL and HTML advantageous
• Support financial processes including invoicing, billing, and query resolution
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Eligibility to obtain Government/Police Security levels as required by contracts
