Overview

In this role you will join a respected UK law firm’s finance practice to handle high-value project and structured finance across energy, infrastructure, and related sectors. You’ll work on complex transactions, manage matters, and develop client relationships with lenders, developers, sponsors, and public sector clients. • Project finance and structured finance transactions
• Acquisition and development financings

Key requirements

• 3-6 years’ PQE in banking, finance or project finance
• Experience advising on finance transactions, preferably project or infrastructure finance
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Confidence managing workstreams and client relationships
• Interest in energy, infrastructure and projects sectors
