Responsibilities

• Task allocation and standards maintenance: delegate tasks to cleaning teams, ensure adherence to specifications, report to the Fleet Presentation Manager, monitor outcomes, and document results.
• Standardisation and efficiency: review tasks for efficiency, verify equipment safety, oversee correct material usage.
• Operational management: manage workloads and budgets for worked hours, provide on-the-job training, ensure rotas and resource deployment.
• Effective communication and feedback: liaise with teams to address issues promptly, monitor KPIs and timesheets within timelines.
• Recruitment and training: oversee recruitment for supervisory/entry-level roles and coordinate training needs.
• Contractual responsibilities: conduct audits and training, be on-call on rotation, lead day-to-day regional contract operations.
• Client interaction and reporting: interface with clients and stakeholders, conduct contractual reviews and evaluations for the region.
