You will work with high-net-worth individuals, executors, trustees and other stakeholders, advising on complex matters from will validity to professional negligence in estate administration. Responsibilities
- Handle complex will validity and inheritance disputes
- Manage inheritance act claims
- Advising on executor and trustee disputes
- Litigate trust-related disputes and professional negligence claims in estate and trust administration
- Develop and maintain client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and related stakeholders
- Contribute to growth of the Contentious Trusts & Estates team
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE in Contentious Trusts & Estates or Private Wealth disputes
- Strong technical expertise and independent case management
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Commercial mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in networking and business development
