Management Consulting Manager, Capital Markets

Overview

In this role you help shape and deliver high-impact capital markets engagements, partnering with clients to drive transformation in front-, middle-, and back-office processes. You will lead and develop teams, grow offerings, and contribute to Accenture’s thought leadership in a rapidly evolving market. You’ll collaborate across Technology, Operations, and Financial Services, delivering value to top banks and market participants. Responsibilities

• Shape, structure, and deliver complex consulting engagements in regulated environments
• Build trusted client relationships and act as advisory partner with measurable impact
• Lead teams and mentor junior colleagues to strengthen Capital Markets capability
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities aligned with client agendas
• Create and disseminate thought leadership assets on market-relevant topics
• Develop and expand offerings within the Capital Markets practice
• Drive client growth by identifying emerging trends and market opportunities
• Champion diversity and inclusion across teams

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in Financial Services
• Proven ability to shape and deliver complex engagements across diverse stakeholders
• Track record of building deep client relationships in Capital Markets/Financial Services
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets across front-to-back processes and product types
• Knowledge of trends in Capital Markets and how technology solves business challenges
• Proven team leadership and ability to develop others
• Project and programme delivery experience; lifecycle knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional presence
• Experience with project management methodologies (Prince, PMP, Agile)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent)
