Overview

In this role you will create a stimulating environment in a Barchester care home, delivering engaging activities that reflect residents’ interests and abilities. You will get to know residents and their families, then design tailored programmes to maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement. You work with cross-functional teams to inspire participation and support across the home and local community. • Meet residents and families to tailor activities programmes
• Maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement through planned activities
• Inspire participation from residents and staff in home and community activities
