Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of corporate matters
• Execute M&A transactions
• Engage in venture capital activities
• Handle cross-border matters
• Assist with private equity investments
• Structuring and governance of joint ventures
• Support corporate restructurings
• Collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers to manage matters and client relationships

Key requirements

• 3-4 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of M&A, venture capital and private equity
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proactive, commercially minded approach
