Overview
In this role you will advise charities and not-for-profit organisations on complex property disputes, supporting the protection of property assets and strategic goals. You will work within a respected Charities team, collaborating across real estate, property and private wealth practices to deliver seamless guidance. The role offers exposure to challenging disputes and opportunities to shape a leading practice in the charity sector. You will develop trusted relationships with trustees and charities, contributing to business development and growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters (landlord/tenant, leases, rent reviews, rights of way, boundary disputes)
- Advise on adverse possession, trespass, possession proceedings, and third-party rights disputes
- Collaborate with Charities, Property and Private Wealth teams to provide integrated advice
- Build and maintain relationships with charitable clients and trustees
- Contribute to business development and growth of the practice
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with Property Litigation experience
- Strong technical knowledge and autonomous matter management
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Commercially focused with practical dispute resolution approach
- Experience advising charities or not-for-profit organisations (beneficial) or genuine interest to develop this area
