You’ll work across Technology & Delivery to turn ideas into secure, scalable implementations, partnering with operational teams to ensure adoption and measurable impact. You’ll blend hands-on AI engineering with cross-functional collaboration, delivering production-ready solutions aligned with architecture and responsible AI principles. Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to understand challenges, prototype AI solutions, and iterate with end users for adoption and impact
• Design, build and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and responsible AI principles
• Translate operational requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions to improve workflows, productivity, and user experience
• Ensure AI solutions are fully tested, documented, and production-ready, with effective handovers and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to continuously improve AI delivery and share best practices
