Implementation Consultant- Calculations

Overview

In this role you implement automated pensions calculations within a client-focused software environment. You work as part of a team to design and configure defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, ensuring compliance with designs, legislations, and client needs. You will collaborate with clients during customization, gather feedback, and document solutions while supporting releases and upgrades. You bring strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and excellent communication to deliver rapid, high-quality outcomes in pensions software projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain pensions benefit calculations and DB/DC designs
• Configure workflows, data maintenance screens, and interfaces with other systems
• Handle pensioner payroll, data migrations, and reporting
• Meet with clients to gather requirements and communicate throughout customization
• Customize software to client specifications and document solutions
• Support software release and upgrade processes
• Build credibility with team and clients through effective delivery
