Overview
In this Real Estate role, you will manage a caseload and support a busy, client-facing team delivering high‑quality property advice. You’ll draft documents, liaise with internal and external parties, and mentor juniors while meeting deadlines and financial targets. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of real estate matters
- Support other team members as needed
- Draft and prepare real estate documents
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Supervise and develop junior staff
- Ensure work meets high standards
- Manage time effectively
- Complete MI procedures when required
- Achieve financial and chargeable targets
- Meet deadlines, quality metrics, and KPIs
- Comply with policies and procedures

Key requirements
- 0–2 years PQE (essential/preferred)
- Experience or familiarity with development and regeneration work (advantage)
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong academic and technical knowledge
- Experience and keen interest in real estate work
