Overview

In this role you join a leading international law firm in Bristol to specialise in real estate finance. You will work on high-value, cross-border transactions for lenders and borrowers, collaborating with Real Estate, Corporate, Construction, Tax and Financial Markets teams. You’ll handle complex lending structures, acquisitions, refinancings and restructurings while building client relationships from day one. Responsibilities

• Manage investment and development finance transactions
• Handle acquisition and refinancing deals
• Structure real estate-backed lending arrangements
• Oversee portfolio financings and loan restructurings/amendments
• Coordinate cross-border financing transactions
• Work on complex secured lending structures
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Corporate, Construction, Tax and Financial Markets teams

Key requirements

• Experience in real estate finance or broader banking and finance work
• Exposure to real estate finance transactions (lenders, borrowers or both)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
• Ability to manage workstreams independently while collaborating with wider teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Associate level (NQ-3 PQE)
