Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex residential conveyancing matters and provide expert legal advice
• Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle deeds of grant, covenants and easements; assignments and declarations of trust
• Set up residential leases; equity release transactions
• Address Building Safety Act matters and other complex conveyancing issues

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE managing complex residential conveyancing matters
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
