Penetration Tester

Overview

In this role you will conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across diverse environments, simulating real-world attacks to uncover risks. You’ll produce technical reports with actionable remediation and collaborate with security teams to fortify defenses. You’ll assess infrastructure, cloud, and applications while communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This contract role supports DV eligible professionals in a London-based, on-site setting, targeting meaningful security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across various environments
• Simulate real-world attack scenarios to uncover weaknesses
• Produce high-quality technical reports with remediation guidance
• Collaborate with security teams, engineers, and system owners to improve security posture
• Assess infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments against current threats
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key requirements

• Strong experience in Penetration Testing and Offensive Security
• Expertise in Windows Infrastructure, Linux Infrastructure, Network Security, Cloud Environments, Web Application Security, Containerised Platforms, IaC, CI/CD Security
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and vulnerability management
• Experience communicating findings to technical stakeholders
• DV clearance eligibility (implied)
