Implementation Manager

Overview

As Implementation Manager, you will lead large-scale deployments of Accurx tools in secondary care, ensuring adoption and lasting impact. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to fit the technology into clinicians’ daily workflows and push beyond basic rollout to transformational change. You’ll own the AI journey, guiding introduction and scaling of AI features like Scribe across practices. You’ll measure use and outcomes post go-live and drive continuous improvement to maximize benefits for clinicians and patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead big-scale rollouts for complex products (e.g., Scribe) to fundamentally change healthcare delivery
• Define and manage implementation plans, balancing scope with sustainable commercial expectations
• Own the AI feature rollout, driving adoption and scale across the country
• Review cohorts 6–9 months post go-live to assess usage and identify improvements
• Leverage internal AI dashboards to streamline data handling and focus on human-centric implementation
• Identify process improvements and autonomously implement efficiency enhancements

• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical changes for users
